About Us

I’ve been a T-shirt and jeans kind of person since my mom let me start dressing myself  (last week! j/k). Partially because we couldn’t afford anything else but mostly because I disliked dressing up vehemently (ooh that’s a good word). I like the way the fabric feels and the cut of the neck line. The way it sits on the shoulders and creates a strong silhouette. Most importantly though was that each shirt was a reflection of my inner self. I wore shirts that had sarcastic sayings or cool art that I found in random skate shops and non department stores. Nobody else was wearing the shirts I had and that made me feel unique and helped build confidence in the identity that I was designed for.

Fast Forward a bunch of years into adulthood and I’m happy to say I am still tshirt and jeans material who appreciates cool art (yes that’s subjective) but the messages I care about have changed.  No longer seeking the sarcastic tone but rather one of inspiration, courage and victory.  Victory over the bullies (including my own self) and mental health struggles that come with picking up the pieces of a shattered life.  We all have our stories with seasons of struggle and I want to encourage us to declare power over these moments — Not just for ourself but for others too.  We’re all capable of being  heroic and sharing a declaration that we will battle and win.

Shout for Victory!
