Returns & Exchanges

OH NO! Sorry that purchase isn't working out for you!

See the info below if you need to return or exchange an item.

  • Contact us via email within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 15 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Let us know the reason for the return or exchange and include your order number.
  • You will be contacted via email for further instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
  • Upon approval your exchange or refund will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Items with visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, etc. will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • They must be in their original packaging if possible. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for supplying the packaging.
  • Exchanges may be limited on items that are being discontinued. In this case, please contact us for a return and we will issue a refund or you can exchange for a different item.



COSTS

  • We cover shipping costs for exchanges in the United States. The exchanged item will be shipped for free and a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Internationally shipped items are not eligible for free exchanges. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.
